Sony Ericsson has introduced a new Walkman phone . the Sony Ericsson live with walkman has many music features with decent decked out Android Gingerbread 2.3 .

The big selling points are a dedicated Walkman button and deep Facebook integration with the social network baked in to the photo gallery, music player, phonebook and calendar. The Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman has a 3.2in display, comes with Android Gingerbread 2.3 powered by a 1GHz processor. There’s a 5Mp camera with 720p HD video recording, autofocus, 3D sweep panorama, face detection and an LED Flash. You also get a front-facing camera for video chat and Skype.

The Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman’s music features are just what you’d expect from a Walkman phone. There’s support for Sony’s Qriocity music and video library, the Infinite Button to grab info about your favourite artists and TrackID to identify and download songs when you’re using the FM radio or music player. The phone also comes with Sony’s xLOUD tech built in which it promises will enhance audio output from the built-in speakers.

The phone also comes with Android Market support, aGPS, Google Maps and WisePilot turn-by-turn navigation. Sony Ericsson hasn’t put a price or definite release date on the Live with Walkman yet but it’s due to launch in Q4.
